Orbmorph Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how I, Nikita Lesnikov, handle information when you use the Orbmorph mobile game (the "App"). The App supports iPhone, iPad, and compatible Android phones and tablets. Some features and data handling depend on your device, platform, and choices in the App.

Short version. Core progress is stored on your device. The leaderboard, optional anonymous statistics, optional advertising, purchases, and optional camera controls use the services described below. You can play without an account, decline advertising data processing, and disable camera, statistics, and reminders in the App.

1. Information I Handle

Feature Information involved Purpose
Local gameplay Progress, scores, coins, unlocked collections, settings, tutorial state, consent choices, and an App-generated random player identifier. Save and restore the game on your device.
Leaderboard Nickname, selected country code, score, stage, collection, update time, and the App-generated random player identifier. Display and maintain weekly and all-time scores.
Optional statistics App version, platform, gameplay events, performance and operational events, and advertising lifecycle events. Measure stability, balance, feature use, and ad delivery.
Optional advertising Technical, device, network, advertising, and ad-interaction data handled by Unity LevelPlay and selected mediated networks. Deliver, measure, cap, secure, and report rewarded and interstitial ads.
Purchases Transaction status and product entitlement. Provide purchased collections and Remove Ads.
Hands-free controls Live front-camera frames processed on device. Derive head, blink, and mouth control signals while the feature is enabled.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores your game profile locally. This includes progress, score and coin balances, unlocked and selected collections, settings, tutorial state, consent choices, reminder preferences, and an App-generated random player identifier. This local information is removed when you delete the App or clear its data through your device, subject to any operating-system backup settings.

3. Leaderboards and CloudKit

On supported Apple platforms, the App uses Apple CloudKit for the public weekly and all-time leaderboard. A leaderboard entry can include the nickname and country code you select in the App, score, reached stage, selected collection, update time, and the App-generated random player identifier.

Leaderboard entries are visible to other players. The App does not require a real name, email address, social account, or Apple account name for this feature. CloudKit processes this information under Apple's terms and privacy practices. Learn more at the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Optional Anonymous Statistics

If you enable anonymous statistics in the App, the App may submit operational events through CloudKit on supported Apple platforms. These can include app version and platform, session and run timing, reached stages, gameplay actions, pickups, selected collections, challenge outcomes, leaderboard use, review prompts, and advertising events such as requests, impressions, rewards, closes, failures, clicks, and reported revenue.

Statistics events are associated with the App-generated random player identifier. They do not include your real name, email address, contacts, precise location, payment details, photos, or camera frames. You can turn this feature off in Settings. Turning it off stops new event submission and clears events waiting locally to be sent.

5. Advertising and Your Choice

The App can use Unity LevelPlay for rewarded and interstitial ads. The App asks you to choose whether to enable advertising data processing before it initializes the advertising SDK. If you decline, you can continue playing; ad rewards and ad-based revive features will be unavailable. A Remove Ads purchase disables forced interstitial placements.

Unity LevelPlay and the advertising networks selected in the LevelPlay mediation configuration may handle technical, device, network, advertising, and ad-interaction information to deliver, measure, cap, secure, and report ads. Depending on the platform, region, permissions, and mediation network, this can include IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, operating-system advertising identifiers, and ad impressions, clicks, rewards, and revenue data. The active network list can change as the advertising configuration changes.

The App passes its advertising-data choice to LevelPlay before advertising is initialized. You can review Unity's privacy information at the Unity Privacy Policy. The App does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Do not rely on this statement as a substitute for your device-level advertising privacy controls or the policies of advertising providers.

6. In-App Purchases

On Apple platforms, purchases are processed by StoreKit. On Android, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Apple or Google handles payment details. The App receives transaction status and the product entitlement needed to unlock the purchased item or remove ads; it does not receive or store card or bank information.

7. Optional Camera Controls

On supported iOS devices, you may enable hands-free controls that use the front camera. Camera frames are processed on the device to derive limited control signals, such as head direction, eye closure, and mouth movement. Camera frames are not saved, recorded, included in analytics, or uploaded by the App. You can disable hands-free controls at any time. Touch controls remain available if permission is denied or camera tracking is unavailable.

8. Notifications and Network Access

9. Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices

I retain local data on your device until you remove it. CloudKit leaderboard and optional statistics records are retained only as reasonably necessary for gameplay operation, security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, and service maintenance. Advertising providers retain data under their own policies.

You may decline advertising data processing, disable anonymous statistics, camera controls, and reminders in Settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing. To request help with a leaderboard or statistics record, contact me using the address below and provide the nickname and country code shown in the App. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information by email.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, or below the minimum digital consent age in the user's jurisdiction. I do not knowingly request real names, email addresses, contacts, photos, or precise location from children. Contact me if you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed.

11. Security and International Processing

I use the platform services and safeguards described in this policy. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Apple, Unity, Google, and mediated advertising providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

12. Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy when the App, its service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top shows when this version was last revised.
